How to use it:
We use this product within 30-60 minutes of a hard workout to replenish all those important nutrients lost. This tasty recovery mix goes well in water ornut milks – since it’s dairy freeit is great for those lactose-free athletes out there.
Add 50 g (about 3 scoops) into 500 mL of liquid and mix well.Use water or a dairy-free beverage for best results because of the whey protein found in this product. which may slow down absorption.
