Similar to the Pro insert. the EDH features a dual-density design with a robust protective shell for handling extreme forces. paired with the Original foam for vibration reduction. Constructed from high-quality closed-cell foam. the Rimpact EDH is engineered for durability and resilience. ensuring maximum impact absorption and reducing the risk of tire damage. allowing you to confidently tackle any trail.

However. the EDH isn’t just about protection; it also provides exceptional support. vibration damping. and run-flat performance. Its optimized shape enhances traction and stability. particularly beneficial for heavy Ebike chassis and high-speed DH runs. We’ve also improved its durability to withstand rotational forces from the motor. extending its lifespan significantly.

The Pro V2 insert is an upgraded version of the highly acclaimed Pro insert. offering the ultimate protection. support. and weight ratio. Its dual-layered design provides maximum protection and support while remaining lightweight. easy to fit. and excellent at vibration damping. Rimpact Inserts must be used with an insert-compatible valve.

The EDH is optimized for 2.5” tires and 35mm internal rims. While it is compatible with narrower setups. installation becomes significantly more challenging for smaller sizes. For easier installation. the Pro V2 is a more suitable option for 2.4” tires and 30mm rims.

Use approximately 25% more sealant than recommended on the bottle to ensure the extra surface area of the insert is well-coated. Rimpact’s inserts are closed-cell and cannot absorb liquid. but some sealant will cling to the outside. requiring a slightly higher dosage. Sealant can be injected through Rimpact Valves or poured directly into the tire.
