Designed for riders desiring a clip-in shoe with the fit and aesthetic of RC’s popular Hellion flat. they’ve taken a lightweight microfibre upper. added a hook and loop strap for extra security. and created a new clip-compatible hexagon outsole. The result is the brand’s lightest clip-in. all-mountain shoe.
The 42mm wide cleat box with index markings offers a generous amount of adjustability for a precise cleat position. whether you prefer hot laps in the bike park or technical singletrack.

Pedal Interface: The Hellion Clip is specifically designed for use with clip-in pedals. The 42mm wide cleat box with index markings makes for easy and flexible cleat placement and the extended cleat pocket runway helps you transition between having a foot out and clipping back in.
Closure: The simple and secure lace closure allows you to customise the pressure of your fit and the oversized upper arch strap with hook and loop fastener provides extra security and facilitates quick trail-side adjustments. There’s also an elasticised keep on top of the tongue to store your laces out of harm’s way.
Upper Materials: The Hellion features a multi-layered. lightweight. abrasion-resistant synthetic microfibre upper that is also weather-resistant to keep your feet protected when the weather changes. The padded mesh lining is treated to be anti-bacterial which should help control odour and the fully gusseted tongue prevents the ingress of dirt and debris. There’s also a TPU insert in the toe box and abrasion-resistant TPU layers applied to the toe and heel for added durability and protection.
Sole Materials: The Clip Grip rubber outsole is similar to the flat Hellion shoe with the addition of the Nylon reinforced cleat box. The outsole plays an important role while clipped-in. particularly with large platform SPD pedals. keeping your shoe in contact with and providing consistent pressure to the pedal contact area. The Hex tread pattern is optimised to provide stability over the pedal interface area and traction when off the bike. in all conditions.
Sole Type: Under the dual-density EVA insole which provides additional support and cushion. Ride Concepts’ Nylon PowerDrive shank helps you drive your power through the pedals and maintains lateral stiffness through the roughest terrain for added stability and control. The EVA midsole provides a lightweight and stable form of vibration and shock absorption
