The Minion SS is perfect for those who have to earn their turns and pedal up to the top of their favourite descent. Heavy braking traction is somewhat sacrificed for exceptionally quick rolling speed. However. they do actually brake better than you’d expect.
Team it up with either a Maxxis Minion DHF. Minion DHR 2. or the Highroller 2 on the front.

Please note – Wire bead tyres are sent rolled up to minimise shipping costs. The wires in the beads shouldn’t get bent during this process. however. if they arrive with a bend. just bend them back til they are straight. It won’t affect the performance of the tyre at all.
