Who’s this item for: Riders looking for a quality floor pump for use in the workshop. at events. or just to keep in the back of the car for trailhead tune-ups.
Materials: CNC machined aluminium base with a steel barrel and piston. Varnished wooden handle. anodised finish.
Gauge type: Oversized 3.5 inch precision gauge.
Gauge location: Located on the base plate of the pump for easy viewing during inflation.
Rated pressure: Max 220psi (15 bar)
Dimensions: 15 x 20 x 63.5cm
Weight: 1.6kg
Pump head type: Fitted with the updated and redesigned ABS1 Pro chuck. This uses a 90° design for enhanced function and usability. The chuck easily flips between Presta and Schrader valves and threads on for superior engagement. It even has an inbuilt Presta valve-core tool so you won’t have to go scrounging through the bottom of the toolbox each time you need one.
Air Release: The chuck has an air release button but note that this functions differently depending on what type of valve is being used.
- Schrader: Allows for an infinite release of air to fine-tune the tyre pressure.
- Presta: Releases air from the hose to aid with removal without unscrewing the valve core. Does not allow for the fine-tuning of air pressure when used with Presta valves.
What valves does it work on: Works with Presta and Shrader valves. Not compatible with Dunlop valves.
Tubeless canister: This is just a standard pump rather than a canister style pump.
Pros: Quality CNC’d aluminium construction with high quality finishes so it looks great. Large gauge for easy reading.
Cons: Not a tank pump so you’ll need to work your guns fairly hard if you want to seat stubborn tubeless tyres with it. A digital gauge would offer more precise pressure readings.
